Job Title: Senior Electrical Quality Inspector III. Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States
Job Type:
- Full-time, on-site
- Travel: Up to 15%, domestic or international
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed receiving, in-process, and final inspections of PCBAs, harnesses, and assemblies to IPC Class 3 standards.
- Review and verify supplier end-item data packages, including Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), as-built BOMs, electrical test reports, and X-rays.
- Identify and document nonconformances, segregate suspect material, and initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure material traceability according to AS9100 and customer requirements;
- Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve discrepancies before qualification and customer submission.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Use the manufacturing computer system to record inspections, move parts through inspection queues, and generate nonconformance report requests.
- Implement and maintain a calibrated tool system and associated processes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a regulated industry such as aerospace, robotics, medical devices, automotive, or an equivalent field.
- IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 board inspection certifications are required.
- IPC-A-600 certification is preferred;
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 40 lbs.
- Must meet applicable U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR requirements.
- Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Person requirements or be eligible to obtain the required export authorizations.
Preferred:
- Experience with automated optical inspection and X-ray machines.
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- ASQ certifications.
- Previous experience with aerospace inspection processes and standards.

- Approximate base salary: $78,725 to $95,060 per year.
