Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect. Location: Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Build customer applications using quantum computing technologies and internal development tools
• Deliver projects that achieve measurable business value for customers
• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
• Gather requirements, lead brainstorming sessions, and design mathematical optimization models
• Develop and deploy hybrid quantum applications for production environments
• Map customer problems to advanced quantum systems and hybrid solvers;
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to improve future product features
• Prepare and present technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Qualifications:

• Master's, PhD, or equivalent in Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python
• Experience working directly with customers, preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques;
• Experience using optimization tools such as Gurobi, CPLEX, genetic algorithms, and simulated annealing
• Experience building production applications that solve complex business problems
• Experience using version control systems such as Git
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project delivery skills
• Proven ability to lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation
