Job Description
Job Title: Principal Technical Program Manager (Quantum Manufacturing). Location: Kongens Lyngby, Copenhagen, Denmark
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete production lifecycle from wafer processing to measurement and data collection
- Coordinate fabrication, packaging, and cryogenic measurement teams to ensure smooth production workflows
- Manage the master production schedule while monitoring progress, resolving bottlenecks, and communicating risks and recovery plans
- Balance manufacturing capacity across production, process development, and research activities;
- Plan maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions
- Monitor production KPIs including throughput, cycle time, equipment uptime, and schedule adherence
- Collaborate with quality, yield, and process engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance using production data
- Coordinate technology transfers, split-lot management, and wafer disposition using structured stage-gate processes
- Support the transition from research and development to reliable low-volume manufacturing;
- Promote collaboration and continuous operational improvement across engineering teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in manufacturing, production operations, hardware development, supply chain, or similar technical environments
- Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering and operational programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments and establish new operational processes
- Must meet Microsoft security screening and export control requirements, including background and citizenship verification where applicable
- Experience using AI-driven productivity tools to improve engineering efficiency
Preferred:
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication operations, or hardware production environments
- Experience managing end-to-end production across fabrication, packaging, and testing processes
- Experience supporting pilot-line or low-volume manufacturing operations;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in yield analysis, cycle time tracking, and statistical process control (SPC)
- Experience implementing manufacturing readiness or stage-gate frameworks
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP systems, or fab scheduling tools
- Experience with production scheduling, work-in-progress (WIP) management, and capacity planning
- Experience leading new process introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities;
- Technical understanding of quantum computing, photonics, semiconductor physics, or related deep-tech fields
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams across multiple countries and time zones
Benefits And Compensation:
- Annual base salary: DKK 912,400 to DKK 1,559,800
- Eligible for additional benefits and compensation based on company policies

Other Information:
- Hybrid work schedule with three days per week in the office
- Travel requirement of less than 25%
