Job Description

Job Title: Master@IBM Technical Specialist Cloud Platform and Power Systems (f/m/x). Location: Germany (Multiple Locations)

Job Type: Internship (Student Fixed-Term), Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Support IBM Infrastructure Technical Sales activities across Germany
• Assist customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders with solution planning and technical guidance
• Participate in customer briefings, workshops, proof-of-concepts, product launches, and business case analyses
• Help communicate the value of Hybrid Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation solutions;
• Develop structured approaches to demonstrate the benefits of IBM and open-source technologies
• Collaborate with national and international teams across research, development, software, and services organizations
• Contribute to customer-focused technical and business solutions
• Gain experience working within a global matrix organization
• Support initiatives related to Red Hat OpenShift on Power and cloud platform technologies

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a completed Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in German and English
• Basic knowledge of information technology concepts
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in German and English
• Willingness to travel and work with international teams

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Linux
• Programming experience with Python, Java, or similar languages
• Interest in computer architecture and processor technologies
• Interest in cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure solutions
