Materials Management Analyst

Job Description

Job Title: Materials Management Analyst II. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN, USA

This role ensures accurate material handling, asset management, and process compliance while contributing to the operational efficiency of the quantum computing organization; You will work with ERP systems and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of material control and reporting.

Duties:

  • Perform material and inventory transactions including receiving, shipping, and asset management.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and manage cycle counts;
  • Support intercompany shipments, including compliance with background checks and monitoring of motor vehicle records.
  • Train and guide peers and plant employees on utilization and disposal of materials;
  • Participate in SAP S4 HANA deployment by assisting with integration testing, validation of transactional flows, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Implement process controls for all material movements in the ERP system, including cycle counting and inventory control.
  • Lift materials up to 45 lbs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving, shipping, logistics, SAP systems, and ISC planning.
  • U.S. person as defined by legal requirements (citizen, permanent resident, or eligible worker);
  • Must meet national security eligibility requirements (not a PRC or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Powered industrial truck certification preferred;
  • Experience with MRP deployment, data quality, cleansing, and validation is valued.
