Job Description
Job Title: Developer Relations Manager, Higher Education and Research - Physics. Location: Santa Clara, California, USA (Remote US)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor for research labs to accelerate adoption of AI and computing platforms
- Integrate AI frameworks, libraries, and computing stacks into physics and scientific research projects
- Identify high-impact research opportunities across academic and national labs;
- Track and analyze research publications to identify emerging trends
- Collaborate with internal teams including research account managers and solution architects
- Represent researcher needs and translate feedback into product and platform improvements;
- Engage with scientific conferences and research communities
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, AI, Machine Learning, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in research or applied scientific computing;
- Strong background in AI for physics or scientific simulation
- Experience with HPC simulations, numerical solvers, and large-scale scientific workflows;
- Ability to work with research communities and interpret scientific results
Preferred:
- Experience with NVIDIA platforms such as CUDA, cuQuantum, Triton, or DGX systems
- Experience working with national labs or academic research institutions
- Experience translating research into demos, workshops, or technical content
- Strong research communication and conference presentation experience
- Experience identifying emerging trends in computational physics and AI
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary range: $152,000 to $287,500 USD depending on level and experience
