Job Title: Senior Developer Relations Manager – Financial Services, Banking. Location: New York, New York, USA
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for developers in the banking ecosystem to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
- Accelerate AI/ML workloads by integrating NVIDIA platforms into developer products, applications, and pipelines.
- Create and improve technical enablement resources, including sample code, guides, demonstrations, and developer tools.
- Guide banking partners, FinTech companies, and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs.
- Monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and recommend technology adoption strategies;
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, solution architects, and marketing teams to strengthen developer engagement.
- Work closely with partner engineering teams and technical leaders to solve technical challenges and promote best practices.
- Share customer and partner feedback with internal product and engineering teams to help shape future product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting developer ecosystems within banking, financial services, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of high-performance computing, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and financial technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences;
- Experience leading technical collaborations, architecture discussions, code reviews, technical workshops, and mentoring.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, product, and marketing.
Preferred:
- Experience developing solutions for fraud detection, underwriting, deep reasoning agents, or time-series analytics.
- Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks, tabular transformers, agentic pipelines, reinforcement learning fine-tuning, or optimized Generative AI inference.
- Experience with NVIDIA technologies such as Dynamo-Triton, RAPIDS, NeMo, or NIM.
- Proven success building developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs.
Benefits And Compensation:
- Annual base salary of $184,000 - $287,500 (Level 4) or $224,000 - $356,500 (Level 5), depending on experience and location.
