Lab and Cleanroom Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Lab and Cleanroom Manager. Location: Delft, Netherlands

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily lab and cleanroom operations, including chemicals, supplies, and inventory
• Coordinate waste management, industrial cleaning, and utility services
• Reconfigure lab spaces to support new tools and scaling infrastructure;
• Implement cleanroom best practices to improve efficiency and safety
• Lead safety compliance, including risk assessments, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Support R&D teams by enabling safe integration of new materials and processes
• Train teams and promote a strong culture of safety and operational discipline

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing labs or cleanrooms in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of chemicals and cleanroom operations, preferably in semiconductor environments
• Experience in procurement, waste management, and facility maintenance;
• Ability to manage and influence cross-functional technical teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments

Preferred:

• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech scale-up environments
• Hands-on experience with lab infrastructure setup and expansion;
• Familiarity with safety audits and regulatory compliance processes
