Quantum Sales Executive - DACH

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Quantum Sales Executive - DACH. Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new commercial and government opportunities for quantum computing and networking solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across DACH and broader European markets
  • Educate customers on quantum computing value beyond classical computing paradigms
  • Lead executive-level relationships with CTOs, infrastructure leaders, and research organizations
  • Engage with hyperscalers, AI labs, national labs, and government agencies'
  • Own full sales lifecycle including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Close complex multi-million dollar, multi-year deals involving advanced infrastructure
  • Promote adoption of hybrid quantum-classical systems and quantum-safe communications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development in high-tech environments
  • Proven track record of closing $10M+ complex infrastructure or technology deals
  • Experience working with government, national labs, or large enterprise clients;'
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic sales skills
  • Ability to operate in emerging technology markets and create new demand

Preferred:

  • Existing executive relationships with hyperscalers, AI labs, or cloud providers
  • Understanding of quantum computing concepts such as QAOA and VQE
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure scaling challenges
  • Experience in quantum-safe networking including PQC and QKD
  • STEM background in engineering, physics, computer science, or mathematics
  • Fluency in German and experience in DACH markets
