Technical Marketing Engineer — CUDA-Q

Job Description

Job Title: Technical Marketing Engineer, CUDA-Q Developer Enablement. Location: Santa Clara, California, USA (Remote available within the US)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze developer needs with product teams and domain experts to improve developer and AI agent workflows using CUDA-Q.
  • Define standards for GitHub repositories, documentation, example code, onboarding materials, and developer resources.
  • Create MCP servers, Agent Skills, API documentation patterns, agent-ready tests, and prompt templates;
  • Build and maintain templates, runbooks, checklists, context files, and reference implementations for developers and researchers.
  • Measure content effectiveness using developer engagement metrics and AI agent signals.
  • Design evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing processes for developer tools and AI agent workflows.
  • Research emerging AI and developer enablement trends and provide practical guidance for quantum computing teams.
  • Work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to improve developer adoption of CUDA-Q.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with technical documentation systems, information architecture, and developer-focused content strategy.
  • Understanding of AI agent content standards, including llms.txt, MCP, Agent Skills, and API documentation.
  • Knowledge of quantum computing concepts and familiarity with CUDA-Q or similar quantum frameworks;
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or testing pipelines for developer or machine learning products.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and translate technical research into practical guidance.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with CUDA-Q or other quantum computing frameworks.
  • Understanding of how quantum workloads integrate with GPU-accelerated computing.
  • Experience building developer libraries, templates, playbooks, or enablement resources.
  • Contributions to open-source quantum computing, AI, or developer tooling projects;
  • Experience using analytics and data to improve developer onboarding and adoption.

Benefits And Compensation:

  • Annual base salary of $136,000 to $212,750 (Level 3) or $160,000 to $253,000 (Level 4), depending on experience and location.
