Job Description

Job Title: Application Developer - Red Hat Cloud Fullstack. Location: Bari, Bari, Napoli, Italy

You will work in a consulting environment that supports technologies such as Quantum Computing, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Internet of Things; The position offers opportunities to collaborate with global clients, participate in advanced technical projects, & develop your expertise in hybrid cloud and full-stack development.

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
• Build scalable and reliable cloud-based applications supporting client migration and AI integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features;
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the design of microservices and event-driven architectures;
• Work with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift for deployment and scaling.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure best coding and testing practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in full-stack development using Java, SQL, and frameworks such as Spring, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js;
• Understanding of microservices and cloud architecture, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline;
• Intermediate English skills with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred qualifications include certifications in Java programming, cloud technologies, and microservices design.
