Job Description
Job Title: Field Marketing Director, APAC. Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Own the APAC field marketing strategy, annual plan, and priorities aligned with go-to-market objectives, target accounts, priority industries, and revenue goals.
- Build demand-generation strategies in partnership with sales and take responsibility for marketing-influenced pipeline, sales alignment, conversion, and measurable revenue impact.
- Lead regional go-to-market execution and coordinate business priorities across sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Build communications structures with Sales and Corporate stakeholders;
- Own the strategy, execution, follow-up, and measurement of conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, workshops, customer events, ecosystem engagements, and other field programs across APAC.
- Support on-site event execution and resolve practical issues as they arise.
- Support regional go-to-market messaging and market presence in coordination with Corporate Communications.
- Provide local direction to communication strategy and ensure the company’s APAC presence is communicated clearly and consistently across events, partnerships, and stakeholder materials.
- Identify local and regional content requirements and coordinate delivery through marketing partners.
- Create or adapt presentations, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, regional messaging, and event content.
- Identify regional PR, social, and media opportunities and collaborate with Corporate PR and agency partners;
- Develop timely regional communications, including LinkedIn posts, event messaging, briefing notes, and other external communications when required.
- Engage with internal leaders, sales teams, technical experts, government stakeholders, industry partners, academic institutions, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Build and manage the annual regional marketing budget.
- Oversee agencies, vendors, initiatives, spending, compliance, ROI measurement, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and develop one direct report based in Japan.
- Manage agency partners and establish clear goals, accountability, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing for enterprise or deep-technology companies.
- Proven APAC marketing success in demand generation, sales alignment, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact.
- Experience leading complex events, conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, or customer programs from planning through execution.
- Experience with event, communications, and CRM platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, iCapture, HubSpot, Monday.com, or Webex.
- Ability to use AI for profiling, personalization, customer communications, and planning;
- Strong budgeting, vendor management, performance tracking, ROI measurement, and multi-stakeholder project delivery skills.
- Strong written and spoken English with the ability to produce clear, polished communications.
- Ability to draft short-form communications such as LinkedIn posts, event copy, stakeholder messages, and press release inputs within corporate guidelines.
- Excellent sales partnership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a lean regional team.
- Experience coaching direct reports and managing agencies or vendors, including strategically integrating their services into the workload.
Preferred:
- Experience marketing technical sectors such as quantum computing, high-performance computing, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or other emerging technologies.
- Experience across multiple APAC markets and cultures, including Singapore and Japan.
- Experience engaging government bodies, industry associations, research institutions, academic organizations, and strategic ecosystem partners.

- The role primarily focuses on Singapore and Japan.
- The position manages one direct report based in Japan.
- The role involves collaboration with agency partners and teams across sales, corporate communications, product marketing, campaign marketing, and marketing operations.
