Nanofabrication Technician

Job Description

Job Title: Nanofabrication Technician. Location: Delft, Netherlands

Responsibilities:

• Operate cleanroom production equipment safely and accurately
• Execute wafer-scale fabrication processes according to established recipes and SOPs
• Follow all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols;
• Monitor tool performance during production runs
• Perform basic wafer inspections and identify defects, anomalies, or equipment issues
• Escalate production and equipment concerns to engineering teams when required
• Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and tool usage documentation
• Ensure full product traceability through detailed record keeping;
• Support cleanroom maintenance by preparing workstations and stocking materials
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently within a cleanroom setting
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D and production teams
• Strong organizational and documentation skills;
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately
