Job Description
Job Title: OEM Director. Location: Courbevoie, France
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategic relationship with a designated OEM and its ecosystem, driving adoption of NVIDIA technologies across HPC, Supercomputing, AI, and Quantum.
- Build executive-level and cross-functional connections across Europe, India, LATAM, and the USA;
- Lead business outlook, pipeline reviews, and ensure target attainment across NVIDIA’s portfolio.
- Guide end-to-end engagement on technology and product roadmaps to accelerate integration of hardware and software into the OEM ecosystem.
- Supervise OEM factory operations from quoting and purchase orders through delivery;
- Identify growth opportunities within the OEM ecosystem, advise on technology roadmaps, and influence adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers, industry leads, solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams across EMEA and globally to develop go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and deliver workshops, bootcamps, and AI tours aligned with industry initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team supporting these missions, reporting to NVIDIA HQ.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years in the technology industry managing OEMs or ODMs at executive level, with 6+ years in management roles.
- Proven leadership in defining and executing strategies to grow OEM presence;
- Deep technical expertise in HPC, AI/ML, Quantum technologies, and relevant software frameworks.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences;
- Extensive experience leading technical partnerships, including architectural builds, mentorship, and delivering technical presentations to CTOs and executive teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize challenges, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Based in Paris area, French native, proficient in English; additional languages a plus. Must be able to travel across Europe, India, South America, Asia, and the USA.
