Country Manager - Enterprise

Job Description

Job Title: Country Manager - Enterprise. Location: Osaka, Japan

Job Type: Full-time, travel up to 50%

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Drive revenue growth across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging segments
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets;
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization
  • Engage directly in strategic deals and key customer relationships
  • Develop and expand partner ecosystems including alliances and system integrators
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams;
  • Represent the company in industry events and customer engagements
  • Provide market feedback to influence product and strategy direction

Qualifications:

  • 12–15+ years experience in enterprise technology sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of Japanese enterprise market and buying behavior
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid market change

Preferred:

  • Experience scaling high-growth technology or quantum-adjacent businesses
  • Experience building regional sales teams from early stage to maturity
  • Strong partner ecosystem development experience;
  • Background in deep tech, quantum, or advanced computing markets
