Sales Development Representative Quantum

Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative Quantum Computing EMEA London. Location: London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage Heads of R&D, Innovation Leads, VPs of Technology, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Map enterprise account structures to identify decision-makers and technical champions.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads against predefined criteria;
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand computational challenges, quantum readiness, and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate account, lead, and activity data in CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives on target account strategies and Account-Based Marketing campaigns;
  • Work with Quantum Applications Engineers and Solutions Architects to prepare context and pre-meeting information before qualified leads are handed off.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of technology sales development or business development experience in quantum computing, enterprise software, high-performance computing, deep tech, or scientific software.
  • Ability to quickly understand deep tech concepts such as computational chemistry, optimization, simulation, and quantum computing.
  • Ability to explain the business relevance of technical concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Comfortable communicating with technical leaders and executive decision-makers.
  • Proven experience with cold outreach, objection handling, and meeting quotas for qualified meetings.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools.
  • Coachable, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced deep tech environment.
