Job Title: Quantum Client Delivery Lead. Location: Research Triangle Park, NC; Yorktown Heights, NY; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL, United States

You will lead delivery teams, guide clients toward future commercialization, and strengthen IBM’s leadership in the global quantum market.

Duties:

• Lead end-to-end client delivery for enterprise quantum computing projects across multiple industries.
• Identify business-relevant use cases and guide development of prototypes on IBM quantum hardware.
• Prepare clients for future commercialization and long-term adoption of quantum solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
• Apply strong project and program management practices to ensure delivery excellence;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, quantum scientists, developers, and solution architects.
• Track engagement progress, manage risks, and report status internally and externally.
• Contribute feedback to improve delivery methods, tools, and offering assets.
• Support creation of case studies, testimonials, and joint go-to-market materials.
• Manage staffing utilization aligned with planned delivery models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience in project and program management within technology or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and long-term relationships;
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain quantum concepts clearly to business and executive audiences.
• Understanding of classical approaches to business problems and where quantum can add value.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and consultative skills.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
