Job Title: Technology Sales - Degree Apprentice (Level 6)
Location:
- London, Hursley, Manchester, Farnborough, United Kingdom
- Roles are hybrid and office-based at least 3 days per week when not working at a client site.
- Candidates must live within commuting distance of an IBM location.
- Client-focused work may require travel to client sites or other IBM locations, including staying away from home during the week.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new client opportunities.
- Support sales teams with client meetings, demonstrations, and briefings.
- Help create proposals, pitch materials, and bid responses.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot projects with clients and partners.
- Understand client challenges and match them with IBM technologies.
- Participate in events, campaigns, and outreach activities;
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop technical and business skills covering information systems, systems development, data, business organizations, project management, and computer and network infrastructure;
- Complete modules in a technical specialism, with the available specialism being IT Consultant.
- Participate in university learning sessions and activities with apprentices from other organizations.
- Take part in networking, mentoring, learning, and other development opportunities.
- Work with a task manager and an early professional manager throughout the apprenticeship.

Qualifications:
- Sixth form education must already be completed at a school or college.
- Minimum 120 UCAS points, equivalent to BBB at A level.
- Evidence of grades must be provided.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at Level 4 or above.
- Valid and eligible residency status and the right to work in England.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Cannot have already started or completed an apprenticeship or university course in a similar area.
- Strong interest and passion for sales.
- Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn.
- STEM, technology, or computer science subjects are not required for all roles, although some roles may require specific STEM subjects.
