Job Description

Job Title: Country Manager - Enterprise. Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the market go-to-market strategy in alignment with global company objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging customer segments.
  • Serve as the senior commercial leader in the market, representing the company with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy;
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across key regions.
  • Drive disciplined sales processes, including territory planning, account strategy, and deal execution.
  • Personally manage strategic deals and important customer relationships.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while creating a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Coach frontline managers and senior sellers to improve capabilities and results.
  • Establish performance expectations, metrics, and career development pathways.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting to support rapid growth.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and the People Team to ensure efficient business management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategy;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships on integrated go-to-market execution.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmaps and positioning.
  • Align regional execution with global standards while adapting to local market conditions.
  • Build and expand a strong partner ecosystem involving channels, alliances, and system integrators.
  • Use partnerships to accelerate market penetration and customer success.
  • Increase company visibility through industry events, thought leadership, and customer advocacy.
  • Act as a company spokesperson in the region.

Qualifications:

  • 12 to 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including significant leadership experience in the relevant market.
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore market, including enterprise buying behavior and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence local and global stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a fast-growing, matrixed, global organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
