Job Description
Job Title: APAC Talent Acquisition Manager. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 8 Talent Acquisition Partners across the APAC region
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Engineering, IT, and Corporate Functions hiring
- Partner with shared service teams to ensure efficient talent acquisition delivery;
- Coach, mentor, and develop recruitment professionals to achieve business and hiring goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce planning and talent strategies
- Identify hiring trends, risks, and opportunities to support evolving business priorities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the India market and APAC engineering and IT talent landscape
- Provide data-driven insights to support hiring strategy, workforce planning, and future capability needs
- Lead APAC-focused hiring initiatives and manage escalations when required;
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across talent acquisition processes
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment leadership, or workforce planning
- Experience leading talent acquisition teams across India and APAC regions;
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategy, program design, implementation, and optimization
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Experience using analytics and workforce data to support decision-making
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives and performance targets
Preferred:
- Experience leading talent acquisition transformation programs
- Ability to analyze emerging talent market trends and workforce dynamics
- Experience improving and optimizing recruitment processes;
- Strong understanding of hiring strategies for engineering and technology organizations
