Job Description

Job Title: Principal, Content Marketing. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA or London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of executive thought leadership content, including bylines, articles, speeches, op-eds, and strategic publications
  • Draft and refine executive speeches, talking points, and narrative materials in collaboration with brand and communications teams
  • Conduct structured interviews and intake sessions with executives and subject matter experts to gather source material;
  • Manage editorial review, quality assurance, fact-checking, and content accuracy across technical and executive assets
  • Support the development of technical blogs, articles, and other content requiring strong editorial translation of complex topics
  • Assist with web and product marketing content creation when additional editorial support is required
  • Create structured content modules that support answer engine optimization (AEO) and content discoverability;
  • Apply AI-powered tools and workflows to improve content creation, editorial review, knowledge capture, and production efficiency
  • Collaborate with communications, product marketing, digital content, and go-to-market teams to ensure consistent messaging

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in content writing, executive communications, editorial, technical writing, or a related B2B marketing role
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, refugee, or asylee due to contractual requirements
  • Must meet national security requirements related to U.S. government contracts
  • Proven ability to transform complex technical topics into clear, accurate, and compelling content;
  • Strong writing, editing, fact-checking, and quality-control skills across multiple content formats
  • Experience working closely with executives, technical experts, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing editorial workflows

Preferred:

  • Experience in deep-tech, enterprise software, infrastructure, or highly technical industries
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve marketing, content, and go-to-market processes
  • Familiarity with editorial systems supporting web content, executive communications, and answer-engine optimization
  • Strong understanding of executive voice development and technical storytelling
  • Ability to maintain quality while working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Experience establishing scalable editorial processes and workflow discipline

  • Annual salary of $160,000 to $200,000
