Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Quantum Product, Quantum AI, Hardware. Location: Goleta, CA, USA; Los Angeles, CA, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA; Seattle, WA, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA

This role sits at the center of quantum hardware, business strategy, and user needs; You will define product goals, shape long-term roadmaps, and help bring commercial quantum systems to the global research community.

Duties:

• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics for quantum hardware products.
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify needs, gaps, and emerging trends.
• Translate complex hardware and research capabilities into clear product requirements;
• Drive the full product lifecycle from early concept to launch and adoption.
• Build and manage the hardware product roadmap with input from research and engineering teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and technical enablement.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support product rollout;
• Ensure operational readiness, reliability, and long-term serviceability of hardware offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert on quantum computing technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience taking complex technical products from concept to launch.
• Experience with quantum computing, cloud platforms, high-performance computing, or advanced research infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of quantum physics or engineering concepts;
• Experience working with executive leadership on business and product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced degree in a quantum-related field is preferred.

Benefits and Instructions:

• Base salary range: $183,000–$271,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and full benefits.
• Final compensation depends on role level, experience, and selected work location.
