Job Title: Production Operators - Quantum Control. Location: Bromont, Quebec, Canada

IBM Infrastructure in Bromont, Quebec, is hiring production operators for quantum control and circuit manufacturing.

This facility builds and maintains advanced components used in IBM’s Power, Z, and Quantum systems; As a production operator, you will handle precision assembly & testing equipment, helping IBM deliver world-class microelectronic components that drive the future of computing.

Duties:

• Operate complex assembly and testing machines with precision and accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to meet IBM’s high manufacturing standards;
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production operations.
• Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Follow strict safety and cleanliness procedures in a controlled environment;
• Handle technologies subject to export control regulations with full compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (Secondary 5 equivalency accepted).
• Ability to work with digital systems and production software (iPad provided).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• At least one year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident due to controlled goods regulations;
• Candidates with dual or multiple citizenships must not hold citizenship from restricted countries as listed by the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
• All candidates must pass a security assessment conducted by IBM’s designated program official.
