Job Description
Job Title: Staff Program Manager, Enterprise Technology and Security/Compliance. Location: Remote (United States)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise technology and security programs from planning through execution, risk management, and reporting
- Drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across cloud infrastructure, IT systems, and security operations
- Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP;
- Develop and maintain program management standards, governance frameworks, and operational playbooks
- Track milestones, coordinate resources, and provide executive-level reporting across multiple projects
- Partner with leadership, engineering, legal, and executive teams to define objectives and resolve cross-functional challenges
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks while maintaining stakeholder confidence
- Analyze program performance and implement continuous process improvements across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred;
- At least 7 years of experience leading complex enterprise technology, security, or compliance programs
- Experience managing governance, risk, compliance (GRC), IT transformation, or security initiatives
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with experience evaluating risks and business trade-offs
- Experience working in quantum computing, deep-tech, or other advanced technology industries is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools
- Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting program health, risks, dependencies, and key metrics
Benefits And Compensation:
- Annual salary of $120,000 to $150,000
