Job Description
Job Title: Sales Administration Manager. Location: Delft, Netherlands
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to reduce administrative workload for the sales team
- Design and implement scalable systems to automate or streamline sales operations
- Improve efficiency of internal sales processes to support global sales growth;
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Shipping, and Operations teams
- Manage CRM systems and take ownership of ongoing improvements and administration
- Support execution of sales operations aligned with long-term business targets
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in office or sales administration environments
- Strong experience working with CRM systems;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and operations management
- Experience in fast-moving, high-tech organizations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment
Preferred:
- Experience in scaling operational or sales support systems
- Familiarity with automation tools or workflow optimization
- Strong cross-functional coordination experience across departments
