Director, Field Marketing - EMEA

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Director, Field Marketing - EMEA. Location: Oxford, England, United Kingdom (or remote within EMEA)

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead regional field marketing strategy to drive pipeline, revenue influence, and strategic account engagement
  • Build and manage global operating framework for regional marketing, including KPIs, planning cadence, and campaign execution
  • Align global marketing strategy with regional execution across EMEA markets;
  • Develop account-based marketing frameworks, executive engagement programs, and regional campaigns
  • Lead integrated marketing across events, ABM, digital campaigns, PR, and partner initiatives
  • Support enterprise sales cycles with executive engagement and customer storytelling;
  • Drive alignment between Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and leadership teams
  • Translate global messaging into regionally relevant narratives and use cases
  • Define and track performance metrics including pipeline generation, ROI, and deal acceleration

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in enterprise or emerging technology companies
  • Experience leading regional or global marketing teams across multi-country markets
  • Strong background in enterprise sales environments with long and complex sales cycles
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through marketing programs;
  • Experience operating in matrixed global organizations and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and executive-level storytelling ability
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to balance global strategy with hands-on regional execution

Preferred:

  • Experience in account-based marketing and enterprise campaign design
  • Experience in strategic event planning and executive engagement programs
  • Background in high-growth or advanced technology sectors
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
  • Experience working closely with sales leadership on revenue-focused initiatives
  • Ability to navigate cultural and regulatory differences across EMEA markets
