Job Description
Job Title: Sales Operations Program Manager. Location: Remote, United States
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems to ensure efficient Quote-to-Cash processes and predictable revenue outcomes while supporting the growth of D-Wave’s quantum cloud and hardware offerings.
Duties:
- Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for Sales Operations, including troubleshooting, configuration support, and user guidance.
- Maintain accurate and clean CRM data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities;
- Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and execution.
- Support Quote-to-Cash workflows, including approvals and resolving blockers that delay revenue bookings.
- Ensure compliant and accurate booking of sales transactions for Finance, Legal, and post-sales teams.
- Document sales and operational processes to support continuous improvement.
- Create clear documentation such as SOPs, onboarding guides, and tool usage instructions.
- Deliver training on GTM tools, workflows, and operational best practices;
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports and presentations for Sales Leadership and Finance.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews and other business management activities with structured data and insights.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or similar GTM roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Experience supporting quoting workflows, deal reviews, or order management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and interpret data using tools such as Python.
- Program and project management experience with a proven delivery track record;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving change across teams.

- Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 USD per year.
