Sales Operations Program Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Sales Operations Program Manager. Location: Remote, United States

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems to ensure efficient Quote-to-Cash processes and predictable revenue outcomes while supporting the growth of D-Wave’s quantum cloud and hardware offerings.

Duties:

  • Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for Sales Operations, including troubleshooting, configuration support, and user guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and clean CRM data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities;
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and execution.
  • Support Quote-to-Cash workflows, including approvals and resolving blockers that delay revenue bookings.
  • Ensure compliant and accurate booking of sales transactions for Finance, Legal, and post-sales teams.
  • Document sales and operational processes to support continuous improvement.
  • Create clear documentation such as SOPs, onboarding guides, and tool usage instructions.
  • Deliver training on GTM tools, workflows, and operational best practices;
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports and presentations for Sales Leadership and Finance.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews and other business management activities with structured data and insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or similar GTM roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting quoting workflows, deal reviews, or order management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and interpret data using tools such as Python.
  • Program and project management experience with a proven delivery track record;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving change across teams.
