Job Description
Job Title: Senior Support Services Analyst, Information Technology. Location: Singapore
You will act as the primary on-site IT contact, resolving complex technical issues and supporting projects that enhance IT service delivery.
Duties:
- Serve as the on-site IT lead for the Singapore office, managing operational continuity across all IT services.
- Provide advanced support across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, resolving escalated incidents and complex technical issues.
- Oversee network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting, switch/port patching, and coordinate with Network Engineering for escalations.
- Lead site-based IT projects including hardware refreshes, deployments, and workspace technology upgrades;
- Act as a technical escalation point for other support staff and contribute to project-based work.
- Identify recurring issues and process gaps, refining standard operating procedures and internal knowledge documentation.
- Maintain ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow, ensuring accurate ticket management and workflow improvements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including device provisioning and account setup.
- Conduct inventory audits and support hardware procurement workflows;
- Collaborate with Engineering, InfoSec, and Enterprise Applications teams to resolve issues and improve services.
- Participate in IT compliance and service maturity initiatives using ITIL-aligned processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support in enterprise environments.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Intune, and JAMF;
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, JAMF, or ServiceNow.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms like Azure AD or Google Workspace Admin.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or Kanban workflows;
- Proven track record of driving IT service improvements and supporting high-touch executive users.
