Job Title: Senior Director, Demand and Campaigns. Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA / Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA / London, United Kingdom
Job Type: Full-time (On-site with up to 2 remote days per week, subject to approval)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and define the annual and quarterly campaign planning process aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and buying intent for quantum computing platforms, software, and consulting services
- Design and execute targeted lead-generation programs focused on strategic accounts and buying groups
- Build and manage ABM-oriented campaign strategies that support priority audiences and revenue goals;
- Create and maintain campaign briefs that align messaging, channels, sequencing, and activation plans
- Define and optimize channel strategies to improve campaign reach, consistency, and effectiveness
- Lead launch planning and campaign sequencing across multiple teams and functions
- Personally orchestrate initial campaign programs while building scalable campaign operations and processes;
- Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve campaign planning, asset creation, execution tracking, and coordination
- Establish regional adaptation processes and lifecycle handoffs that connect marketing activity to sales opportunities
- Partner closely with product marketing, content, field marketing, lifecycle marketing, sales, and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), campaign strategy, or related B2B enterprise marketing roles
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable contractual requirements
- Must meet national security eligibility requirements associated with the role;
- Strong experience building campaign planning frameworks, campaign calendars, and cross-functional orchestration systems
- Experience managing enterprise or government-focused marketing programs with long and complex buying cycles
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across marketing, sales, regional teams, and partner organizations
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, communication, and execution skills
Preferred:
- Experience leading both market-shaping demand generation and targeted lead-generation programs
- Experience managing campaign briefs, launch planning, channel strategy, and campaign sequencing
- Experience applying AI-powered tools and automation to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with ABM campaign models and integrated planning methodologies;
- Experience operating in enterprise, government, deep-tech, or highly technical B2B environments
- Ability to balance human decision-making with automation to improve campaign execution and governance
- Experience working with agencies, contractors, and external partners to extend campaign capabilities

- Annual salary of $240,000 - $300,000
