Marketing Associate

Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Associate. Location: Delft, Netherlands

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute QuantWare's field marketing strategy, including tradeshows, private events, award submissions, and product launches
• Coordinate with internal teams, industry partners, event organizers, and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives
• Develop creative approaches to strengthen and promote the QuantWare brand within the deep-tech and quantum computing industry
• Partner closely with the sales team to create event-driven marketing activities that generate pipeline and revenue opportunities;
• Oversee the creation and execution of event booths, marketing materials, content, and branded merchandise
• Support the growth and evolution of marketing activities as the company scales

Qualifications:

• Master's degree with a strong academic record in any discipline
• Proven experience organizing complex projects, events, leadership activities, student organizations, committees, or personal ventures
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and market dynamics;
• Ability to quickly learn and understand deep-tech and quantum computing markets
• Appreciation for design, user experience, and brand quality
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable learning new skills independently
