Job Description

Job Title: Principal, Sales Enablement. Location: London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with business growth and go-to-market objectives
  • Design enterprise-wide onboarding programs and continuous learning frameworks for commercial teams
  • Translate quantum technologies into clear, value-based customer messaging in partnership with marketing
  • Lead the creation and governance of sales content and enablement assets aligned with buyer journeys and priority industries
  • Improve global sales processes, including qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales methodologies
  • Partner with Commercial Operations to optimize CRM and sales enablement platforms;
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify capability gaps and improve win rates, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
  • Lead sales readiness for new product launches and strategic initiatives
  • Establish competitive and market intelligence processes with marketing to support customer engagement
  • Build coaching programs that strengthen frontline managers and improve team performance
  • Advise executive leadership on technical sales strategy and commercial enablement;
  • Support strategic enterprise deals by providing guidance on positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or technical enterprise sales within deep-tech industries such as quantum computing, AI, advanced computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
  • Strong experience developing and scaling global sales enablement strategies;
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions as compelling commercial value propositions
  • Deep understanding of enterprise and government purchasing processes and long consultative sales cycles
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to strategy, analytics, and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives in high-growth global organizations
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives
