Product Manager, Performance & Application Enablement

Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager, Performance Management and Application Enablement. Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA

You will own and launch new solvers, guide the evolution of Fire Opal, and help scale AI-powered quantum control solutions that deliver real-world impact across hardware virtualization, error correction, and enterprise deployments.

Duties:

• Own complex problem spaces and define product opportunities with strong decision-making authority.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from vision and roadmap to launch and iteration.
• Drive development of new solvers, integrations, and platform features across quantum error correction, hardware abstraction, and application enablement.
• Collaborate closely with research, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams;
• Prioritize features using customer data, feedback, and market and technology trends.
• Guide teams to build scalable product platforms for HPC, on-prem, and enterprise environments.
• Support go-to-market strategies and communicate product value to customers and executives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, requirements, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Experience leading full product lifecycles, from discovery through post-launch optimization.
• Background working in technical environments with engineering tools and systems;
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with a strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations to customers, partners, and senior leadership.

• Base salary range: $165,000–$220,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.
