Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst. Location: Burnaby, Canada

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to design and improve systems across MRP, PLM, and finance platforms
• Work with supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Develop roadmaps and prioritize system improvement initiatives;
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Document workflows, business processes, requirements, and technical specifications
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Coordinate project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Improve system efficiency and user experience through continuous optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience in MRP or PLM systems
• 2+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar systems
• 2+ years experience with PLM tools such as Fusion 360 Manage;
• Experience working with finance systems and financial data structures
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience documenting business processes and workflows clearly;
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects;
• Understanding of system integrations and cross-platform data flows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range: 80,000 to 110,000 CAD per year
