Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Sales Systems. Location: Burnaby, Canada
You will work closely with stakeholders and executives to understand needs, define requirements, guide enhancements, and support system improvements that create real business value.
Duties:
- Gather and understand business and technical needs from sales teams and partners.
- Lead changes and improvements in Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and related sales systems;
- Manage several projects from the start through completion, ensuring goals, timelines, and scope are met.
- Troubleshoot system problems, run tests, and prepare technical documents and training material.
- Find process improvements that make systems easier to use and more efficient;
- Work with internal developers, outside consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Review and assess new sales tools to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or comparable experience.
- Four or more years of experience with sales systems, automation, and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and finance systems such as Apex, Trigger, Visual Force, and Force.com.
- Strong understanding of integrations, data structures, and system design;
- Experience leading or supporting projects using Agile or Waterfall methods.
- Skilled in documentation, technical specifications, and creating clear training material.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Experience with sales tools such as HomeRun, Gong, DocuSign, and ZoomInfo;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and guide system improvements across teams.
- Comfortable identifying opportunities and making decisions that support better business outcomes.
