Job Description

Job Title: Technical Talent Sourcer. Location: Delft, Netherlands

Job Type: Full-time, on-site hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Research and map the quantum and deep-tech talent landscape across Europe and the US
• Identify target companies, academic groups, research institutes, and emerging talent pools
• Build and maintain structured talent maps by discipline and seniority
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, communities, events, and referrals;
• Create and refine personalized outreach messages and sourcing templates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to calibrate profiles
• Manage candidate pipelines in ATS systems and ensure accurate tracking
• Maintain strong engagement with PhD-level and specialized technical talent;
• Track sourcing KPIs such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline quality
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and experiment with new channels

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in deep-tech, hardware, or scale-up environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of engineering and quantum-related terminology;
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage structured pipelines and ATS systems accurately

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting in quantum computing or advanced hardware fields
• Experience engaging with PhD researchers and highly specialized technical candidates
• Strong data-driven mindset for recruitment analytics and optimization;
• Experience building long-term talent communities in niche markets
