Technical Talent Sourcer

Job Description

Job Title: Technical Talent Sourcer. Location: Delft, Netherlands

Job Type: Full-time, on-site hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Research and map the global quantum and deep-tech talent landscape across Europe and the US
  • Identify target companies, academic groups, research institutes, and emerging talent pools
  • Build and maintain structured talent maps by discipline and seniority;
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, communities, events, and referrals
  • Create and optimize personalized outreach campaigns and messaging templates
  • Adapt sourcing strategies across different global markets and compliance environments
  • Manage and nurture long-term talent pipelines in ATS systems;
  • Track sourcing KPIs such as response rates, conversion rates, and diversity metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with PhD-level researchers and deep-tech professionals
  • Own the end-to-end candidate funnel, ensuring accurate tracking and progression

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in deep-tech, hardware, or scale-up environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of engineering and quantum-related terminology
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques
  • Strong written communication skills in English;
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail and ATS data accuracy

Preferred:

  • Experience sourcing in quantum computing or advanced hardware industries
  • Experience building global technical talent networks
  • Ability to work in fast-changing hiring environments;
  • Strong relationship-building skills with niche technical candidates
  • Experience designing sourcing experiments or new recruitment channels
