Quantum Algorithm Researcher

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Quantum Algorithm Researcher. Location: Remote – Singapore

You will contribute to NVIDIA’s quantum products and help shape the future of quantum applications globally.

Duties:

• Lead technical collaborations with supercomputing centers for hybrid quantum-classical application development across industries.
• Spearhead research in AI methods for quantum algorithm discovery;
• Drive execution of technical projects with strategic partners, including QPU builders and researchers, ensuring alignment with objectives and customer success.
• Contribute to NVIDIA’s revenue and product adoption through technical engagement and innovative solutions;
• Publish research papers and represent NVIDIA at scientific, technical, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in quantum algorithms and applications.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore quantum ecosystem and established industry connections.
• Leadership experience in technical collaborations with partners;
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and parallel programming models (e.g., CUDA);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated research excellence through publications and presentations at leading conferences.
