Senior Recruiter

Job Description

Job Location: Remote (United States), Remote (Canada). Job Type: Full-time contract (12 months)

You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience while supporting D-Wave’s mission to bring real-world value from quantum technologies.

Duties:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and plan hiring strategies.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using a wide range of tools and platforms.
• Manage inbound applicant pipelines and maintain timely communication with candidates;
• Conduct interviews, assess skills, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Coordinate feedback, salary recommendations, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding teams after offer acceptance.
• Track recruiting progress and keep candidates and hiring managers informed at every stage.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in corporate or technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches in fast-growing technical or research-focused environments.
• Strong communication skills with experience conducting high-quality interviews and candidate research.
• Experience building talent sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as ATS platforms like Rippling.
• Ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring teams.
• Comfortable working in changing environments with competing priorities.
