Job Description
Job Title: Sr Commercial Operations Analyst. Location: London, United Kingdom
The position bridges commercial operations with quantum technology strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making that enhances revenue growth & customer success.
Duties:
- Design and refine sales processes to boost productivity and reduce friction.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and usability;
- Track sales metrics, build performance dashboards, and support forecasting.
- Oversee sales enablement tools, training, and incentive programs;
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and IT to improve coordination.
- Administer commission and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- A business degree or equivalent qualification.
- Over 5 years of experience in commercial operations, with hands-on experience in sales operations, process optimization, or CRM management.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills;
- Experience in incentive administration and multi-currency reporting.
- Exposure to automation tools for sales and analytics;
- Proven success in fast-paced or scale-up environments.
