Site Operations Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Site Operations Manager. Location: Singapore

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in facilities management, project oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

Duties:

• Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for the site, maintaining effective communication with landlords and building management.
• Develop and track a performance dashboard with key operational KPIs to drive improvements;
• Plan and execute facility projects in coordination with the global ISC team, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage materials and inventory, including receiving, shipping, procurement, asset management, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security policies, and local Singapore regulations;
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and serve as liaison for site operations.
• Perform other operational duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or supply chain management.
• Preferred Master’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management;
• Proven ability to complete projects on scope, budget, and timeline with strong accountability.
• Experience with logistics, SAP systems, and materials management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or CAD programs is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, high-level environment and promote teamwork.
