Job Description
Job Title: Strategic Account Executive – Quantum. Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise, government, and academic accounts
- Drive revenue growth through quantum computing sales and commercial agreements
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and pipeline forecasts;
- Structure and negotiate complex multi-party commercial and research agreements
- Coordinate with legal, finance, product, technical, marketing, and research teams
- Collaborate with technical experts to shape customer-focused project engagements
- Expand opportunities across finance, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and materials sectors
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and technical leaders
- Represent the organization at industry events, panels, and working groups;
- Support smooth transition from sales agreements into project delivery
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or scientific technology sales
- Experience selling complex hardware, SaaS, or scientific technology platforms
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles and closing commercial agreements;
- Experience working with customers in finance, government, chemicals, materials, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong understanding of strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
Preferred:
- Familiarity with government procurement and academic funding processes
- Existing relationships with research institutions, government agencies, or pharma R&D groups
- Experience exceeding revenue targets in emerging technology sectors;
- Understanding of quantum computing, cloud platforms, AI/ML, or high-performance computing
- Experience working with CTO, CIO, and R&D stakeholders;
- Background in physics, engineering, computer science, or applied mathematics
- Experience in senior customer-facing roles at global technology companies
