Job Description
Job Title: VP of Marketing. Location: Delft, Netherlands
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the entire marketing function across corporate marketing, product marketing, PR, events, and investor communications
- Translate complex quantum technology into clear messaging for customers, partners, investors, and policymakers
- Develop and refine corporate positioning and ensure consistent narrative across all channels
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including keynotes, reports, podcasts, and media presence
- Establish and manage analyst relations and institutional investor marketing programs;
- Build product marketing strategy including positioning, messaging, and technical content for quantum products
- Drive ecosystem marketing across partners such as software, hardware, and cloud providers
- Manage communications, PR, content creation, and global event strategy
- Develop employer branding to support hiring across technical and business roles
- Support government affairs strategy and policy engagement;
- Build marketing operations, measurement systems, and performance dashboards
- Hire and lead a team of 8 to 12 members and manage external agencies
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in marketing with experience in high-growth technology companies
- Proven experience building or scaling a marketing organization
- Strong background in corporate marketing, narrative building, and executive communications
- Ability to translate deep technical products into clear business value
- Experience working with analysts and institutional investors;
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across executive teams
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Delft and work on-site with travel across EU and US
Preferred:
- Experience in government affairs or policy engagement
- Background in advanced computing, AI, semiconductors, or quantum-related industries
- Experience scaling marketing presence in the US from a European base
