Job Title: Consultant – Consulting & Advisory Services – Quantum. Location: US Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead structured consulting engagements focused on quantum computing adoption and strategy across Finance, Chemicals and Materials, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Define client problems clearly and develop actionable recommendations based on quantum capabilities and limitations.
• Translate early-stage discussions into scoped advisory engagements with clear deliverables.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with senior enterprise stakeholders;
• Act as the primary advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring quality, clarity, and client confidence.
• Identify opportunities to expand advisory work within existing accounts and support new business proposals and statements of work.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software, product, and research teams to align advisory work with Quantinuum’s technical strengths.
• Contribute to the development of advisory methodologies, reusable assets, and thought leadership grounded in enterprise strategy and quantum expertise.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, transformation, or analytical roles within professional services or advanced technology environments.
• Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts, capabilities, and limitations;
• Ability to synthesize technical and business information into structured, executive-level recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging both senior business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. government requirements: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to national security requirements, candidates must not be a People’s Republic of China or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Annual compensation range: $192,000 to $240,000, inclusive of bonus target when applicable.
