Job Description

Job Title: Opérateurs de production poste permanent. Location: Bromont, Quebec, Canada

Employees will work with microelectronic components and cutting-edge equipment to support the assembly and testing of quantum and semiconductor modules; This role is essential for maintaining IBM’s standards of quality and operational excellence.

Duties:

• Operate sophisticated assembly and testing equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Perform strict quality control to ensure all production meets IBM standards;
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production line operations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment;
• Handle controlled technologies, ensuring compliance with Canadian export regulations and ITAR restrictions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using computer systems; iPad provided for work-related tasks.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration;
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Eligible to work with controlled technologies: Canadian citizen or permanent resident, not from restricted countries.
