Supply Chain Materials Planner & Data Analyst

Job Description

Job Title: Staff Supply Chain Materials Planner and Data Analyst. Location: Milpitas, California, United States

The position requires strong ERP abilities, advanced data analysis skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to build new processes in a fast-moving environment.

Duties:

• Build and maintain material requirement plans for NPI and production activities.
• Identify supply risks and take action to reduce shortages, delays, or excess inventory;
• Work closely with engineering and procurement to secure materials for new designs and engineering changes.
• Maintain item master data, lead times, and other MRP settings.
• Track material readiness with outsourced manufacturing partners;
• Create dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility for supplier performance and material status.
• Support ERP improvements and help standardize reporting across the supply chain team.
• Establish new processes and workflows that support a growing organization.

Qualifications:

• More than 8 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or data analysis in high-tech or startup settings.
• Strong background with ERP systems, ideally Netsuite;
• Skilled with analytics tools such as Tableau and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field;
• Deep understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and material planning for both in-house and outsourced manufacturing.
• Proven experience supporting NPI materials planning and process creation.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across many teams.

Benefits and Instructions:

• Base salary range for the US: $153,000 to $170,000.
• Bay Area range: $185,000 to $200,000;
• Compensation varies by experience, skills, and location.
